CONCESSION CARD PROGRAM

Dear Guest,

We are delivering our concession card program with the intention for our dear guests to gain more value and enhance our friendship.

We greatly hope that our concession card application would add value to our guests and hence bring more and more visits of our guests and guests friends to our hotel. We hope you enjoy holding our concession card and we truly appreciate your support.

For the card application and card implementation, please read the following card condition and concession implication.

Concession Implication

• The complimentary room would be awarded to the card holder after every five room nights for foreigners and after every ten room nights for locals.

• The complimentary room would be of the equivalent standard as the type of the occupied room or maximum occupied room.

• On condition that the complimentary room would be awarded only to the card owner, the card condition "FOC SELF" would be printed. Then the complimentary room would be saved for card owner only.

• The card holder would be awarded with special promotion program or special gift if full application of the card is made within the stated period.

Card Condition

• The card is transferable.

• The concession card is applicable only within the stated period.

• The concession would be granted upon card submission.

• The room rate applied to card holder is subject to room tariff.

• In case of damage & loss, a replacement card can be made with a renewal fee.

• The card is delivered "free of charge" to our guests.

• The card application could be terminated at anytime with due cause.
