Confirmations:
All reservation requests are normally confirmed by return and in case immediate confirmation is not possible principals will be informed of the booking status.

Rates:
All rates are quoted nett in US Dollars at current rates of exchange.

Cancellations:
For cancellation of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee according to the case incurred will be charged.

Refund:
After commencement of travel, no refund either full or in part will be given for unutilized services included in the program.

Responsibilities:
Taw Win Travel Co., Ltd. acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and other means of transport and assure no liability or property, delays, transport failures, strikes, war. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, severe weather, civil disturbance, vehicles or industrial disputes and other natural calamities beyond their control must be borne by the tourists. However, Taw Win Travel Co., Ltd. will always make full endeavor to keep up the original tour programs and arrangements.
