THROUGH BORDER PASS

There are also border area tourism promotions in Myanmar. With a Border Pass, tourists from Yunnan have been allowed to enter Lweje, Namkhan, and Muse. Organized groups can travel to Yangon via Lashio and Mandalay. Day return Thai-Myanmar cross-border traffic is also allowed at Myawaddy, Three-Pagoda-Pass and Kawthaung. One still has to travel to reach Yangon from the destination.
