- 2 lbs chicken cut into pieces & marinated
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1-1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1″ ginger pounded
- 1 teaspoon garlic pounded
- 3 teaspoon onion pounded
- 2 stalks lemon glass sliced thinly and pounded
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 2 cups water
Steps to cook
