By Overland

Myanmar shares common borders with China, Lao PDR and Thailand on the northeast and east ; and with Bangladesh and India on the west. At present, there are border checkpoints which allow tourists from China and Thailand to enter through these checkpoints with border passes and for third country tourists with valid passport and visa.
